Next alarm:
This is a system of seven alarms intended to give the user the best
chance of having a lucid dream.
The first alarm is set for four hours after the alarm cycle is
set. The idea is to interrupt your sleep at the point when you are the
most tired.
The next alarms are are in minutes: 8, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20. The
several short alarms are intended to give the user several
opportunities to realize they are asleep.
The reset button resets to the beginning of the alarm cycle, in
case the first alarm is interrupted and needs to be reset. The next
button skips to the next alarm in the cycle. The stop button ends the
alarm cycle.
